Jane has over 30 years experience in the education and training field and has been online since 1994.
She established HCT to cater for home and office users wanting to train in their own environment on their own equipment.
She also teaches computer studies at RMIT University and has tutored at Melbourne University in the computer education department as well as various neighbourhood learning centres.
Jane can cater for diverse ranges in training; from the absolute beginner through to the advanced user. She is very patient and aims her lessons to the needs and levels of her clients.

Kane has over 12 years of professional web development experience, and over 18 years of general computer experience.

Our response times are excellent. Between 2-24 hours. From your initial inquiry call we would generally be able to have a technician visit you between 2 – 6 hours depending on the time of day of the call. There are sometimes longer delays in more specialised areas such as printers, notebooks & Apple Mac machines.
Our hours of operation are from 8am – 10pm 7 days per week.
